1. Subscription Fees & Payments

All payments made on Rishton ka sangam are for premium membership plans and related services. Once a subscription is activated, it is generally non-refundable.

2. No Refund After Activation

• Subscription fees are non-refundable once the premium services are activated.

• No refund will be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Partial usage of services

  • Non-usage of account

  • Dissatisfaction with matches or responses

3. Refund in Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error

• Payment deducted but premium services not activated

• Technical issues from our side that prevent service access for an extended period

In such cases, users must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Processing of Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days

• Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used

• Any applicable payment gateway charges may be deducted

5. Free Services

Registration and basic browsing features are free. No refund applies to free services.

6. Account Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions, no refund will be issued.

7. Changes to Subscription Plans

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any subscription plan or pricing without prior notice. Such changes do not qualify for a refund.
